Complaint Review: Mesa P.D. - Mesa Arizona

My experience: calling a Mesa cop for anything not required by your insurance is a waste of time or worse, and should be avoided whenever possible. They murdered a kid named Mario Madrigal because "they were afraid". They have killed several people, some of them completely unarmed and none of them hardcore criminals, for the same reason. The word usually applied to people who act rashly because they are afraid all the time is "COWARD"... Over-reacting to everything is a little different, and is sometimes called "paranoia"... insanity is another commonly used word. I am, frankly, embarrassed by the whole executive branch of city government here. They have NO SHAME. At least they finally lost some of their fake "eminent domain" cases... But this whole area would be a lot better off if this police department, the local and county prosecutor's offices, and especially Mesa City Government were subjected to a thorough and vicious housecleaning and purge. The city is being overrun by meth dealers and manufacturers...you can smell the anhydrous ammonia in my neighborhood every night! And what myself and my neighbors have discovered is that reporting this is pointless and actually destructive. The "cops" pay no attention at all, and act as if we were having hallucinations. Interestingly, they then seem to put several of US under surveilliance... There are a couple of possible explanations for that kind of thing. The most obvious one is that they work FOR the drug dealers. I don't KNOW that...but I sure as hell have to wonder. I find it difficult to believe they could be as ignorant as they try to seem, but then again, some aspects of what you say and their conduct elsewhere suggests that may be possible. But there is surely no point in calling them,at all.

What I can tell you is, they are like the worse of right-wing Nazis, only not even close to having any kind of competence or knowledge. Their only real interest is re-arranging anydetails so that their bosses can make much more money. This generally involves meeting statistical quotas and goals (which they claim do not exist). Mario Madrigal was killed because they could get away with it. Period. Romley's lies disguise nothing. It may or may not be a crime, but it is, like most of what they do, INSANE. That is what Mesa does--reinforce insanity and steal. This is what happens when a religious minority cult is allowed to run a community. Some of their newer rubber stamps are not LDS, but are just as umbilically bound to the lunatic fringe as the crooks who preceded them.

Not in the law enforcement business, Mesa P.D. can only solve problems with gunfire and violence, and is therefore much less stable and honest than, say, the mafia, which is the ONLY organization I can think of which performs a similar function: the furtherance of criminal activity. The kids they have killed because they were "scared"... Know what would happen to a citizen who tried to use that excuse? The judges in this s**t hole may be even more corrupt and dishonest than the cops, rendering ridiculous verdicts, and intentionally disallowing the truth. If you want to find out something about the Spanish Inquisition and its unfairness and attitude, just go to a City or County Court in Mesa and watch what goes on where these lunatic pissbags preside. It is absurd that filth like these actually dispose of power, even in a state with the vast history of n**i corruption that Arizona boasts. Did you know that if you're concerned about a loved one being sucidal, you can call the Mesa PD & they'll handle it right away? You bet! They'll just kick your door in & pump the person full of bullets. Problem solved. They've done it four times in the last 2 weeks. Two of the four were killed. One 15 year old boy and a 23 year old woman. Nice place, huh?

Why isn't America concerned? A city this size being oppressed by this sort of lowlife criminal and f****t fake cops would cause OUTRAGE if it were in Europe or even Africa. Reason: the local media won't expose the filth they see EVERY DAY. When the main ratbastard Hutchinson was appointed by his puppetmaster, the MormoNazi Luster, the press acted as if this were a big surprise. When Dennis Donna, head poster wimp for the scumbags who call themselves police, was the end product of the "search", local media pretended that this puppet of the LDS fascists was actually the product of a REAL competitive situation. What b.s.!!!! Mesa is about terrorism, and the main criminals are the meth dealers and manufacturers, and the cops, both sets of whom seem to be tied in with the woosies who run local government, since there is NO law enforcement effort directed toward either. Key words here are stonewalling (shutting your mouth when you are caught with your hands in the cookie jar) and THE BIG LIE (b.s. designed to cover your butt while you steal, and shovel money to your buddies and family). This is the most--and I hate to use this term, but it is SO overdue and SO understated, and so obvious when it comes to this kind of rot--UNAMERICAN place on the planet. Mesa cannot be reformed or made ethical. It just cannot be done. A different kind of cleansing seems to be indicated. This town's citizens need to start it at the ballot box, and elect some serious write-in candidates, with blood in their eyes and flamethrowers in their hands, who will clean up this scumhole and tear down that pile of dun these pisswads call their "ART CENTER"--art center my a*s, girls, this is your raggedy-assed makework and vanity project for you and your pals, and it will cause your city to lose MORE millions, you stupid, moronic dimwits!!! Apparently these filth are so damned stupid they cannot even use a calculator; these pansies would have to call in some other dirtbags and do a $300,000 "study" (more LDS makework crap) before finally figuring out they have lost their stupid, weak asses. If it were fiction in a book, nobody would believe these useless jerkfaced idiots!!!! Defend yourselves, you corrupt criminal bastards, just ONCE...and that will be the END of you!!!!

Mesa P.D. and pretty much the whole "management" branch of city government is a terrorist organization of the lowest and most corrupt order. Far more cowardly and criminal than Bin Laden, these pansies and quacking cowards are also less competent. Trust me, had you been LDS or a city-connected filthbag like Luster or the scum Hutchinson, this would never have happened. They think of the rest of us as "worthless gentiles" or "infidels" and romantically imagine themselves being some kind of heroes. This is the equivalent of a rat imagining itself a grizzly bear or eagle, only MUCH funnier. Too bad we actually allow these dirty b*****d cowards to carry firearms! This department is a terrorist organization, and needs to be decertified. These scumbag filth are the MAIN reason decent people are leaving Mesa. A good friend of mine, and in fact, an LDS member, actively involved in politics, was recently asked by a group of friends to run for mayor of Mesa. They suggested he could get elected and clean up the town. A forty-year veteran of the rough and tumble world of East Valley politics, he answered with the only response that clearly illustrates where this rathole is: "Too dirty! Nobody could fix it, or even get a good start. Heck, I might even get killed!" THAT is Mesa. I am entering this under a friend's URL. I work in government here, and I know how vindictive these people are.

Robert: Didn't this country just fight a war over LESS injustice and obstruction and insanity than the City of Mesa and its slime-sucking skankbag cops generate in just ONE lousy day??? I see here in the TRIBUNE Miami, Florida, just locked up four similar scumbag cowards (like Mesa PD's scumbag cowards) for planting evidence and worse. WE need to start executing some of these filth. I have seen stuff like this hundreds of times in my years visiting here. By the way, though I have been arrested by these scumsuckers twice, I have NEVER been adjudged guilty of anything. Not even speeding. Both times, the Mesa FILTH tried "resisting arrest", and what I told the fungusbags was "NO, asswipe, it is CONTEMPT OF COP!!!" And my further remark to the crook who arrested me: "Anybody who doesn't have contempt for scum like YOU ain't worth s**t, you fascist weasel!!!" He didn't like it. He didn't like it when I tried to push a perjury charge on him, unsuccessfully, either, but he was lying, and the prosecutor knew it. However, they were so corrupt they would not pursue--just what you expect from MESA SCUMBAGS. Stick it where the sun don't shine, Mayor Hawker and Manager Hutchinson, the decent people will soon start putting your sniveling coward flunkies in the slam, where YOU and THEY belong!
