What you experienced is fairly typical. I spent 17 years watching these lunatic flakes ("MESA PD") try to assert their wit and power, like the strutting, gutless, n**i worms they are, and if they were not real, they would actually be quite hilarious. They do no ACTUAL police work. They listen to the most ridiculous and demented stories from snitches (and in Mesa, snitches are ALWAYS meth addicts, who may even believe their own b.s. fantasies) and act on whatever stupidity they decide to believe. Craven and ludicrous COWARDS, they also take no chances, and will gun down your children in a heartbeat, professing mortal fear, and planting weapons on them if necessary to their little fantasy. Mesa P.D. has NO HOPE of reform. Oh, new Chief Donna, in case you think we don't know: You are exactly what Hutchinson is, a corrupt, lying, bogus, sniveling, coward s - bag ratbastard, and I KNOW what you did, and will prove it very soon. These jerks are worse than the Keystone Cops. With useless hunks of dung like Mesa P.D., who needs crooks? In fact, Mesa P.D. and the filth who occupy the City Manager's Office ARE Mesa's main criminals. You are lucky you weren't murdered.

This is pretty typical Mesa P.D. procedure. They are interested in their own insane agenda, and have nothing to do with actual law enforcement. Oh, they occassionally stumble across something illegal, but they believe ONLY their "snitches", and are in the business of fraud and perjury. Read the papers and follow the Markley case (now being tried) and the Brown case, where these jerks persisted and persisted with totally bogus charges, in clear cases of mistaken identity. In your case, they were apparently playing one of their stupid name association games. They were out of their juridiction, and as much as they lie to the community they rip off, they may have been convinced they were dealing with someone who was actually a crook. Who knows? They are, however, cowards, who studiously avoid dealing with anyone actually dangerous. Sue them in federal court, if you can. And your attorney might want to explore a massive class action suit to literally put these lowlifes out of existence.
