(Personal Info Deleted. Read from bottom to top) A copy of this has also been sent to the CA Atty Gen's Office & the BBB.

To Whom It Concerns,

When I initially signed-up for this free gift, it clearly stated that I needed to complete two offers, in which I did. Perhaps because of your slick set-up in this advertisement, is it possible for anyone to miss the "Two-Per in Three Stages" part? Apparently I did. Also, not once did I receive any notification from your company stating completion of any commitments. I personally had to call the initial two just to find-out, hence my email today.

As you will notice, I am also sending a copy of this message to the Better Business Bureau & Rip-Off.com. Once I find-out what state you are operating out of, I will notify said state's Atty Gen's Office as well. Why? It is far cheaper to just go out & buy one than to deal with a rip-off organization such as yours.

Not that I'm defending this company but....Offer is clearly stated

Regarding the confusion around the number of offers that need to be completed to claim your "free" reward, I've seen several offers from this company and the larger ones (such as TV and computer giveaways, etc.) always said that 2 offers must be completed from each group or "page" of offers. Please don't interpret my response as a defense for the company because it appears they may be involved in other shady practices (according to some of the other reports that I've read), but I'm not sure that you have much of a case on this one. They may have used "slick" advertising to get you to overlook the details but the responsiblity falls on you to read and understand all of the terms and conditions.
