FINALLYT After 6 weeks we finally got our money from METRO AREA COMMUNITIES LLC. It cost one third of the money they owed Bucaneer Plumbing in fees to outside people to get PAID.
BE VERY CAUTIOUS DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY ( METRO AREA COMMUNITIES LLC) They left their former business address and it seems one of the owners is working out of his home address. The telephone numbers to reach either Jeffrey A. Norris or his partner is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with them.
After the job was completed we had to wait 6 weeks with every b.s. story you can imagine. At the end it was a story of they had not received their draws because of other subs on the job hadn't completed their job. WHAT THE HELL HAS THAT GOT TO DO WITH BUCANEER PLUMBING ? They did their job - We expect to get PAID for the work assaigned and completed then and there !!

GET REFERENCES, CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMERS, OR YOU CAN GO TO THE COUNTY ITSELF VIA COMPUTER AND OBTAIN INFORMATION ON THE PERMITS THEY HAVE PULLED AND THE LOCATION OF THE WORK PERFORMED. CHECK WITH THE CLIENTS TO SEE IF THEY WERE REPUTABLE CONTRACTORS. YOU CAN ALSO GO ONLINE TO COURT RECORDS BY GOING ONLINE TO THE CLERK OF THE COURT - RECORDS. TYPE IN THEIR NAME TO SEE IF ANY LAWSUITS WERE EVERY FILED AGAINST THEM OR ANY COMPANY YOU WANT TO CHECK UP ON. DON'T WAIT UNTIL ITS TOO LATE TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON ANY CONTRACTOR. YOU CAN SUE ANY CONTRACTOR IF THE WORK PERFORM WAS SUB-STANDARD. YOU CAN ALSO GO TO THE COUNTY AND STATE ATTORNEY AND BRING CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST ANY CONTRACTOR FOR FRAUD. AFTER YOU OBTAIN A JUDGMENT AND YOU WAIT 60 DAYS " AFTER " THE JUDGMENT, YOU CAN PROCEED TO THE aTTORNEY GENERAL, THE COUNTY DSTRICT ATTORNEY, ThE dEPARTMENT OF fINANCIAL REGULATIONS, AND THEY WILL CONDUCT A CRIMINAL INVESTIGAtion. If, they have sufficient evedence to show fraud or theft was committed , that partyt could be sunject to ARREST.

this report was a fraudelent report filed by a now defunct debt collector. the person on who's behalf this was filed agrees that it should not be on this website and that searches for my name or company should not reveal this. please remove this harmful slander immediately.
