Metro Interactive Agency Ivan Sutton The Worst and Most Unprofessional Company in the World toronto, Ontario
I hired this company to do some very basic graphic design work and coordination of some print and internet advertising. They botched the job so badly that I had to start again. Ivan Sutton (who I understand is the owner) refused to get on the phone (too busy I guess or afraid) and had one of his support staff continue to defend the project. After the work was rejected and tossed into the waste bin, the company demanded to be compensated. Our company missed its advertising deadline and lost a lot of money. What a shame. Stay away from this group of idiots.
