Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
To whom it may concern, Metro Marketing is a boiler room the only difference is its not in the basement.
They scam senior citizens out of money every day with there lies. I no this for a fact because I was there top gm in the Florida warranty division. And day in and day out there telemarketers lie to the consumers.
Here for example is a list of some of those lies to the consumers were calling you from your dealership
your warranty is expired when its not you have to have a warranty for your vehicle, its the law which it is not
we are an insurance company which they are not if you do not buy a warranty we will repossess your vehicle, which they cant this is the final oppurtunaty you will have your last chance to buy a warranty, which it is not as a matter of fact they will call and harrass you at least 5 or 6 more times before they stop calling
they call consumers that are on the dnc list, and when told that they curse consumer and hang up and do not put them on the dnc list on purpose I can write the lies they tell consumers all day the list is endless and the owner and President Ariel (fraud) Freud does not care as long as you get as many sales as possible. So he can buy another million dollar beach house with other peoples money.

His name is appropriate since his company is nothing but a fraud and a scam to bilk consumers out of there hard earned money and take advantage of senior citizens and bilk them out of there social security and there retirement money. and take advantage of the uninformed consumers.

The attorney generals of each state in the united states and the high ranking politicians need to put a stop to this especially since we are in a recession and these consumers are spending money and getting ripped off.The money the consumers are being swindled out of is disgraceful especially when  there promised they will never pay a auto repair again.

Metro marketing is selling nothing but lies and empty promises and laughing all the way to the bank and getting away with it.SOMEONE needs to put a stop to this thievery. And stand up for the consumers.
I can write about this scam of a company all day but im going to close with this.I can tell you write now the response you will get from Ariel (fraud) Freud.

He will tell you I am a disgruntled former employee, which is the furthest thing from the truth this is why I waited so long to write this report.I am happier then I have ever been,I am working for a great firm and I am a first time father.I was fired from metro markting in may of 2009.It is now may of 2012 so I am not a disgruntled former employee I am how ever a former employee who is willing to tell the truth about what ripoff it is to buy a extended auto warranty from metro marketing/national auto divisionThank you.

National Auto Division is a SCAM

Warranty Warehouse is a SCAM

Nationwide Automotive is a SCAM

Metro Marketing is a SCAM

These are ALL the SAME company owned by a CON ARTIST Named Ariel Freud!

The owner Ariel Freud is a SCAM!

Michael Bococinski Director Business Developement is a SCAM

All these guys do is CON people into buying warranties.  They mislead consumers, thye tell customers they can see the national database (NO SUCH DATABSE EXISTS) and they are NOT covered when they are in fact covered with another company or their dealer.  They make believe they are the dealer or manufacturer and they claim to see your account information.

I was ORDERED to tell the customer these lies everytime they stated they had already purchased coverage.  When I refused I was FIRED!  Fired for refusing to lie!

As consumer complaints rack up, they keep changing their names.  They have recently been turned into the New Jersey Attorney General by another co-worker.

As a former employee of the Howell, NJ branch, I can verify everything this guy is saying. I worked here for about six months - I was good at my job. I've been in sales my whole life, and I actually got a kick out of the fast-paced nature of the job. Standing at your desk, slamming phones down, getting excited about closing deals ... it was a thrilling, immediately satisfying day of work (if you were good at it). All that being said ... we WERE extremely dishonest, and used fast-talking, high pressure sales techniques. I never personally told a DIRECT lie to a consumer, but I definitely heavily insinuated many of the things the above guy is saying, letting my "customer" draw their own conclusions. I was a top performer here, and made pretty good money. It does start to wear on you, though, if you have any kind of soul at all. I enjoyed the cat and mouse nature of the work, the persuasion, the manipulation, when viewed through the lens of it all being some sort of game. But at the end of the day, I was taking peoples money and seriously screwing them over, and I just couldn't deal with that any more. It wasn't a game, for them. It was their lives, and their savings. But ... yeah. All of this is true. I saw it (and performed it) all first-hand.

Warning Do NOT Buy an extended warranty from metro marketing

BEWARE do not buy an extended auto warranty from metro marketing/national auto division it is not worth the paper it is written on.
And you will only end up paying for your own auto repairs.
They will sell you a line of garbage and promise you will never pay a auto repair bill again.
But the truth of the matter is you will not only end up paying for your own auto repairs, but you will have to go through an agonizing process to get your money back when you cancel your policy you purchased from the national auto division.
So it is up to you the consumer to stop being conned out of your money from metro marketing/national auto division and other companies with these fraudulent business practices.

"  They scam senior citizens out of money every day with there lies. I no this for a fact because I was there top gm in the Florida warranty division. "

So, you were a very good scammer and liar when it suited your purpose.   We get that.   The problem is that your credentials as a dishonest jerk that made money (as you say) scamming senior citizens hardly qualifies you as a source of truth.    I love it when self professed scammers come on this site to denounce others.   What reason does anyone have to believe anything that they say?

" I was fired from metro markting in may of 2009.It is now may of 2012 so I am not a disgruntled former employee  "

Sorry, but this is just too funny.   I hope your new job does not involve interpreting the english language.   Here's a clue.   You are a former employee and you don't sound gruntled to me.   What does that make you???
