MGM DVD - Metro Goldwyn Mayer Home Video DVD Motion Picture Fistful of Dollars is incomplete. Does not contain opening prologue ripoff Internet, Hollywood California
I am 54 years old. I have seen the Clint Eastwood classic Western "Fistful of Dollars" many many times, including more than once at the theater. I have also viewed and recorded the movie when it was shown on television, both network TV and premium channels, such as HBO.
The original motion picture contains a prologue (before the Main Title) that shows "The Man With No Name" getting out of jail to clean up a town. That prologue is missing from the DVD in wide release and available at Wal-Mart and other stores. The DVD is not marked as being editted or missing portions of the theatrical version and I was disappointed to find this opening scene missing.
