MHVILLAGE owned Riverwoods Over 55 Manufactured Home Park RIVERWOODS OVER 55 MFG HOME PARK FULL OF CRACK HOUSES AND PROSTITUTES N PARK MGMT AND OWNER MY VILLAGE DOES NOTHING. DON'T BUY AT ANY MY VILLAGE PARK NATIONWIDE!!! Riverhead and NATIONWIDE Utah?
Bought a mfg home place looked like a nice community.Since MG VILLAGE bought it there are about 5 Crack houses one of which is across the street from me. Constantly cars coming and buying Crack and constant parade od hooked drug addicts N drug dealers. Lots of cops having to be called but they don't arrest anyone. Guy lives there since his mother died. It's supposed to be 55+ he's 32 park does nothing. Haven't even been here a year n already 2 stabbings - 80 yr old neighbor lady had to buy a gun! There are another 5 or so whorehouses and plenty of squatters living in abandoned trailers but mgmt has to pay to evict these criminals because park is private property so they do NOTHING!!!
Seniors are afraid to walk their dogs at night. Rash of car break in - park does NOTHING! I'm paying for a gym which has been broken n unusable for years in a community center where residents are supposed to have keys to lock which has been broken FOREVER so I can only access any of this when park office is open. I should have some expectation of a reasonable level of safety and security but park doesn't have any security. Turns out other parks bought by MY VILLAGE have turned into the kind of place I would never have considered living in and my lot rent is high. DO NOT move into any park owned by MHVILLAGE. W crime here and if rumor that large part of park is turning into section 8 housing my property is worth less every day. RUN AWAY!!!!!
