https://www.facebook.com/MICABEAUTY/ I bought product from one of their reps at a tradeshow. I spent a lot of money and one of the products I purchased was not in my bag when I got home. I contacted the company, presented my receipt, and they said that I will have to pay for shipping to receive the correct product - twice what I paid for the shadow itself, making the product 3x the price that I paid for it. Tai Villarreal, head of customer service, says "this is the end of the line. You cannot talk to a manager. They are unavailable. They do not deal with this type of situation." Company refuses to either refund my money nor send me the correct product I purchased.
