Mica Beauty Micabella Hired me ;told me and others to charge outrageous prices for cosmetics and never called me back__ Clearwater, Florida
I was hired to work 10-9pm on Tuesday 11-22-11.The training session was not your usual training for a sales position.The trainer was from California; she was overly aggressive told myself and two others our hair should be straight to attract consumers. She said that we look lazy without straight hair as herself. I didn't to consumers,charging prices she said could charge because it's our commission. She said we could way above the retail. Hourly pay was $8 plus 15% commission. I was told that I could go home and email my hours. This company is ripping off consumers and employees. They don't call you back if you ask any questions pertaining to W2 forms or 1099. This kiosk located in Westfield Mall Clearwater,FL. Stay away their not using ethical business practice.
