Andersson's Chocolates & Patisseries Michael Andersson And Viola Edmons ripoff still owe employees money Chicago Illinois
I worked for Michael Andersson and Viola Edmons for a few weeks and these two are a bunch of con artists. Michael is a sociopath who is very talkative and manipulates people. Viola tries to play dumbfounded about any situation that had arisen in the store (she was in on it).
Michael used her to screen calls and me as well. He thinks everyone is out to get him and they are, because he owes so many people money including myself. He will always say "that the bank had held up his $5000 despoit," and it will be a week before he pay anybody. Even Chef Didier that supplied the food had not been paid for 2 months. Michael still expected food to be delivered on time without any problems.
Viola even told me that Chef Didier who has a successful restaurant had money troubles and he needed money desparately. But they're the ones who couldn't pay their debts. I say all this to tell people don't trust them. I was stupid enough to stay there and work for them, when I realized they had no intentions of doing any type of paper work so I can be a "legal employee" instead of paying me under the table.
So its kinda of funny that they accuse somebody of not paying taxes and they can't even supply people with a job application to be a legal taxing paying worker. They have my contact information and have every ability to reach me. When I last saw Viola she told me they're going to have a store in Lincoln Park. I invite both of them to responsed to my comments I made. Because you two are crooked like a backwood road in Alabama.

These two con artists are now trying NYC & New Jersey. They place orders w/ vendors, hope the vendors are dumb enough to send net 30, & never pay the vendors or their employees. He did the same thing to me, and a couple of other employees as well, while his company was under the name "Digable Wave Designs". He still owes me $750.00 Another employee actually took him to court, and is still waiting for payment. Imagine that!! If you do a search here, you can actually find the reports (and his rebuttals). It's almost comedic!
