Mike will tell you he and his company will raise you money but you must pay $50,000 to do a road show. The purpose of the road show it to get his investors interested in your company and purchase stock. The meetings result into nothing but you paying for events, dinners, travel expenses all at your expense. He does not bring any buying into your stock. He also gets extremally screwed up on liquior and other substances which seemed to be a daily routine when we hired him. This was my experence with him. Be warned!
