I received a call from a gentleman by the name Michael orion. He claim that he has a summons for me from a company call loan point USA who I have tried locating and contacting and have found out that they do not exist. He claimed he worked for a company call orion processing solution who I have contacted and they have assured me they do not have anyone by that name working for their company nor do they have any information about me in their system. The lady went on to call the number that I gave her that the gentleman gave me which is 716-402-1401 and the gentleman said his name was Michael Harris and that he works for a company call north point collection which is far from what he told me.
The gentleman had all my information including an address I had 10 years ago in the state of Nebraska and my old bank account for the federal credit Union in nebraska. He has my current address along with my current work address and telephone number. I assured him I did not know anything of any such company and that I never took any loans while in Nebraska yet he had all of my information. First he told me the charges added up to $1900 for check fraud among other things and that he will find out what he can do to help reduce then payment. He hung up and 15 mins later he called back and claimed the company, loan point USA, is willing to settle for $500 if I can pay $150 by 8/22/2013 which is this thursday's date. He has my card information and everything and I will like this matter taken care of as soon as possible because I am a single mother or 2 who is hardly making it on my measly salary with no help from the government and I do not appreciate scumbags and deadbeats trying to take food out my children mouth.

Michael Harris , Michael orion, jerry whatever you want to call yourself if you don't want me to take serious legal actions against you I will thank you to quit harassing me. You think coming on here calling yourself JERRY and trying to chat crap is going to intimidate me you have another thing coming. I am leaving you in the hands of my AG's office the FBI and FTC. Just how I got up off my butt and find myself a job do the same thing and quit trying to scam people out their hard earn money by making up fake businesses or putting the real businesses in yourself. GO GET A REAL JOB and LEAVE ME ALONE.
Oh and PS the word is spelt RIDICULOUS, instead of spending time trying to rip people off go educate yourself.

maybe they just told you that was the name of the company who would process your payment and maybe you have the comprehension level of an infant child and didnt listen to what you were actually being told. you came to this rediculously outlandish conclusion because you just dont want to pay your bills ??? and its food out OF my kids mouths...
