Michael Uncapher He Stole $2000 from us on a fence for my daughter Not Liscenced and Never got a Permit willoughby ohio
Michael Uncapher took a $2000 depsoit on a fence for my duaghters house, then made all the excuses in the world why he couldnt start the job.
He finally started and put all the poles in the wrong spot and said he had a city permit and then never turns up again for ages and then we get a city inspector here saying there was no permit and we cannot do any work on the house.
He will not reply to calls text messages or anything and has stolen the money and run.
