Michael V. D'avolio Still Avoiding Jail - Is Working At Roswell Park Cancer Center! Lewiston New York
Believe it or not, D'avolio is still out on the street and not yet behind bars. Apparently Judge Broderick in Niagara County does not feel that his recent exploits are sufficient to return him to jail for probation violations..so he is free and working for a local contractor. That contractor is currently doing work at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. So this con artist, a man who had openly admitted to a 20 year drug addiction to prescription drugs, is working in a hospital where practically every patient is taking pain medication and most women are carrying pills in their handbags. Cancer patients are the most vulnerable people and to expose them to the risk of being robbed or conned by Michael D'avolio is unthinkable. His criminal record has been brought to the attention of the hospital's patient advocate.
Let's see if they take any action to protect their patients and have him removed from this job.
