This manager is a real piece of work. I know we exchanged awkward eye contact and didn't acknowledge him like I did the rest of the staff when I checked in. Maybe he took offense to that but he came into my room and told me that me and my family were being too loud, and that other guests complained.
As a result he kicked us out and charged me an additional 250 listed as "miscellaneous revenue" on the invoice.
