Complaint Review: Michael - La Jolla California

Profanity, obscenity, threats of violence, racist remarks, false statements, personal information (i.e., social security numbers, credit card numbers, home address(es) or phone numbers), or any other information which violates Ripoff Report's Terms of Service;Rumors, speculation, or innuendo unless you have personal knowledge that your statements are true;Trivial comments (i.e., Nice report!) which do not add anything useful to the discussion.

This is what the "Rip-Off Report" disclaims as what cannot or should not be authored.  You clearly violated this unabashedly.  

Below is my response to this obvious attempt to disparage me.


Are you behind all of this? Are you the person hiding behind the moniker "Behind Your Back" from St. Charles who filed the original report? You are, for sure, the disgruntled associate who put shady characters (such as Jay Hyatt) into Matt Stoen's deals who are now convicted felons for bankrupting investments which Matt worked tirelessly to make successful. Now other investors are mad. And you really think it is Stoen's fault? You are the disgruntled associate who has inside information that few others have which would allow you to write such a report.
When Matt Stoen refused to deal with you because of your refusal to accept any responsibility for bringing in investors whom you knew were less than reputable, you followed him to LaJolla where you begged him to keep you in his deals. It is largely because of your connections that if a deal has gone bad it was because of whom you brought in.
Interestingly enough, #2 Consumer Suggestion, "Keeping them Honest" is from someone in LaJolla. Other than the Stoens, you are the only person involved in these dealings who has lived in both places. Could it be that you wrote the rebuttal against Brendan Ozanne, as well? You are one of the few people who have enough inside information to know the specifics of the posting.
It seems now that since you can't be a part of his "schemes", you want everyone to know how mad you are that you can't profit from his ventures. Seems ironic and hypocritical to me since you are more of the problem than anyone. 
It is also deplorable that you allege the wives as "co-conspirators". You know full well that none of them are actively involved with any of their husband's business dealings. The only thing they are guilty of is socializing with you.
If there is anyone who has been unjustly enriched by these dealings, it is you. You have made millions in commissions putting bad people into deals and having no remorse for doing so. I invite your rebuttal of this.
Bottom line to anyone reading this: You are most likely watching a soap opera play out between former business associates. If the allegations made by the reporting party were true, they would not have to resort to reporting them on this sordid, on-line gossip site. In the meantime, numerous innocent parties are going to be presumed guilty without benefit of the proper due process. 
Free speech is wonderful so long as it is the truth. What you read in the original report and consumer suggestion is not truth, it is a small persons attempt to ruin lives of people who are trying to extricate themselves from the likes of this small person. I believe the law refers to it as libel.  I will find you.  I will sue you.  I will defeat you.

If you or someone you know is considering doing business with Matt Stoen or his wife Hayley Monson Stoen, under no circumstances should you give them money or invest in one of their business schemes. This includes, but should not necessarily be limited to doing business face-to-face with them or vis--vis by telephone or the Internet; consummating a real estate deal with the two of them or one of their companies (Stone Rose, LP, Executive Square, LP, Driver1 LLC, Driver2, LLC, etc.); give them money to perform consulting work; likewise give them money to perform assistance with procuring a loan (using UTC Financial, LLC, etc.); become involved with them in a high yield trading program; sell or surrender an insurance policy or become involved in their life settlement insurance scheme(s); invest in a nightclub; a restaurant; condominium or commercial property deal; make an investment utilizing Stoens recommendations; or make an investment with Stoen of any kind.

As for Brendan Ozannes rebuttal to the previous post, Mr. Ozanne has acted in the past and perhaps still is legal counsel to Matt Stoen, Michael Beau Gaynor and/or company, so anything he says is definitely biased. Suspecting that Mr. Ozanne has been paid legal fees and/or made money off Stoen/Gaynors business schemes, this alone means that as their attorney he has a definite blind spot toward Matt Stoens fraudulent business schemes; act(s) of theft by deception; the endless number of bogus investment schemes Stoen has assembled over the last approximate decade; and the criminal behavior of Matt Stoen and Hayley Monson Stoen where together they have engaged in fraudulent conveyance of assets and/or lender fraud in order to avoid payment of Stoens debt(s). Mr. Ozanne either doesnt care about the unethical behavior of his clients or hes so deeply involved with Matt and Hayley business wise that their payment of legal fees to him has clouded his judgment. Mr. Ozanne better be careful before he makes threats of pursuing legal recourse against people who speak out against the injustices perpetrated by Matt and Hayley Stoen, or he just might find himself caught by a wide and all inclusive net cast over Stoen and his cohorts as per their activities involving R.I.C.O. This net is intended for Matt Stoen and Hayley and anyone who has helped them deceive and take money from investors fraudulently, and then cover up their behavior.

The scams that Matt Stoen has perpetrated against a variety of people and also his blatant lies and deceitful behavior contributing to his avoidance and miserable failure to stand behind his obligations and repay them are numerous. Heres the undeniable, unvarnished truth about Matt Stoen and the money he owes in judgments that have been filed against him. Igor Chernomzav - $150,000; David Denholm - $420,000; Rigo Diaz - $315,000; Carl Frisk - $150,000; Steve Grady - $500,000; John Hagan - $1,200,000. Steve Perry - $400,000; and Rick Roberts - $175,000. All these people cant be wrong about Matt Stoen.

These cases against Matt Stoen and others are public information. Look them up for yourself instead of believe any argument to the contrary from Brandon Ozanne.

The Parties listed in the below statement vigorously deny the false accusations and are currently in the process of attempting to determine who the individual is that posted this libelous and defamatory statement.  Once this party is ascertained, the individuals listed below will prosecute the author(s) to the full extent of the law and seek all available remedies available to them.  Unfortunately, the owner of this website utilizes the "Bulletin Board Shield Law" (Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act) that allows people to post anything without any proof of truth or veracity.  Further, the website refuses to remove any statement that is proven to be false absent following an expensive process at the sole cost of respondent.  For these reasons, this "report" should not be considered anything other than an anonymous, unsubstantiated, hate-filled attack.
