Complaint Review: Michelle Belisle DeSpiegelaere - Milltown Wisconsin

The Chief of Police of Milltown (Wisconsin) informed Michelle about my theft claim. Right after that, she sent back my property (unfinished per agreement) and to make up for the money she says she cannot refund, she sent goods. I will now TRY to sell these goods to get my money back. There are still other victims whose goods and money are in her possession. I hope they will get justice done. Thank you, Chief Andrew A. Today I got the reply to my complaint I sent to her local Police Chief. He says in Wisconsin my case is not a criminal case but a CIVIL one so that my only option is to file a Small Claims action at the local Courts Office there. I cannot do that, as I should appear in person and the travelling from Switzerland to Wisconsin by plane and all hotel fees and attorney fees cost me more than the money she owes me. How nice this is... a person can basically ripp you off and the law is on her side. I am frustrated, there is nothing I can do. She can keep my goods and money which she has now for almost 5 years and no one will do anything against it. My only option now is that a person in the US offered me to go knock at her door and ASK her to refund mine and the other victims' goods and money she retains and refuses to refund and give out. This person lives an hour away from Michelle and offered me to go there in person. I frankly have no hopes... to go further the legal way will cost me more than I lost... I only LOSE in this case and this person gets away with it and there is NOTHING I can do from here. Nice... I have lost ALL my faith in doing business with anyone out of my country... even if one has written proof that they were ripped off, there is NOTHING they can do - see my case.
