I was contacted by an individual that offered to refund 249.99 for software that was no longer available. The individual turned me over to another agent to process the refund. The second individual, "Kevin Nash" claimed to be their network support - required I purchase and turn over 500 googleplay card in order to purchase required software to protect my pc - claiming the $'s would be refunded.

First attempt at installing the software failed requiring another 500 card. This continued to the tune of $2000 - all with the promise of a refund - all i spent plus the original 249.99. After a week of interaction and expenditures I cannot get a return phone call and have not received the promised refund.
