MicroTesla MicroTesla, MacroStressla, MuchoMessla (MICROTESLA - Lot's of Stressla and it's a Messla!) Greedy Incompetent Owners and Management, Disorganized, Total Confusion, High Stress, High Employee Turnover, Low Moral, None or Minimal Paid Sick and Vacation Time, Lousy Health Benefits at Excessive Costs. Greedy Incompetent Owners and Management, Disorganized, Total Confusion, High Stress, High Employee Turnover, Low Moral, None or Minimal Paid Sick and Vacation Time, Lousy Health Benefits at Excessive Costs.
Working there is analogous to sailing on the Titanic with Commander Bligh at the helm. Everyday is like surfing among icebergs and every task involves finding your way through a labyrinth of confusion.
Observing the team leaders is like watching the Three Stooges at work without anything to laugh about from a customer perspective. The quality of the product is representative of it.
A more true and appropriate company motto would be "MicroTesla - Where Satan is Lord." BeelzeBob and BeelzeBoab as management personnel. It's hard to imagine that this company is situated among companies with names as Covenant Communications, Faith Automotive, and U.S. Prayer Center, etc.
The business is run by the Scottish. They wear skirts like women and love to blow on their bagpipes. They would be best to stick with producing products they understand such as Scott Toilet Tissue.
As if the demands of the job aren't enough, they just don't give a d**n at all about the employees and their welfare. Breathing chemicals, some cancerous, without proper ventilation is a daily routine. Do they think of the employees as rats?
The big question:
Is it rotten to the Coram? (Owner - Walt Coram)
