My property in Baltimore had a followed basement that needed to be fixed. The rep D. Christofano comes by and seems to be a very nice and upstanding individual. He gives me an estimate and with a then "sweet deal" for my financing. 36months interest free financing through Wells Fargo Financial. Also eventhough the work is completed in first week of June, I don't have to make any payments until beginning of September 1st, 2009.

The work is finally done except I'm missing a set of "CONDUCTION PORTS" in the top of my walls as promised and described to me. As the water discharge is placed inappropriately on my front lawn. I leave numerous messages and a young lady nicely returns my calls but NO ACTION IS TAKEN.

To make matters worse the 36month interest free loan I was promised is only a HOAX. I get my bill from WellsFargo and I speak to an associate only to learn that I have until September 10th, 2009 to pay the $8500 in full or interest of approx 23% per annum applies. This is my DILEMMA... The nice Mr. Christofano isn't returning my calls...

I am personally appalled at this posting. Mid Atlantic Waterproofing has been providing waterproofing services for nearly 50 years and has annual revenues approaching $50 million dollars with very few complaints. This particular customer fall into the "impossible to please" category. Mid Atlantic Waterproofing is a AAA Torch Award Member with the Better Business Bureau. This customer is attempting to disparage my name and my company by accusing me of unethical behavior. This customer freely signed the financing agreement and was given a copy and had up to 3 days to cancel this contract according to Maryland Consumer Protection Law. This customer also has made numerous calls to he service department requesting the "convection ports" be installed. These ports are used only in cinder block construction not SOLID STONE BLOCK as there are no hollow cores in which to insert them. This was also discussed at the time of the inspection and during the installation process. His temperament is best described a unreasonable. This customer is an absentee owner of rental property in Baltimore City where the work was completed and inspected by the quality control department of Mid Atlantic Waterproofing. The allegations are untrue and unfounded.
