Just here to post my comment about this business and my husband will go on to post his with the BBB. We are owed a refund and this company has been avoiding us like the plague since March 2017. They are not a trust worthy company. They have no sense of morals and integrity. Do not do business with them they are not trust worthy. All they want is your money and as soon as they get it you will never be able to get in touch with them as they will always be out of the office out in a meeting. They claim you have a guarantee and warranty on their products but how can you believe that when you can't get a hold of them for a small refund? We tried going up the ladder but they will never give you their "corporate" office number, instead you can only reach a call center that redirects you to the local branch that screwed you in the first place. We dealt with the Piscataway NJ office and they screwed us so why do we want to go back there to discuss it? After all these months of the run around we are now filling out complaints as we have given them enough time to resolve. AVOID, go elsewhere to avoid the headaches!!!
