Harvey, you werent detailed enough in your complaint for me too. If you've already done all this or not yet but if you havent, file complaints with the bbb, ftc, and the Att.generals in their state. And your state also and then do a charge back on your credit card if you used one to make your purchase. Make sure that you cancel your card out the day you get the money back so they can do a charge back on you to get the money back again. Take all pictures, any and all other evidence, including copies of all the rip off reports from this site and the bbb, and if they give you any crap about the 90 day period thing, then get angery about it. You wre ripped off and its nothing for them to do a charge back. Harvey, tell them if they wont do the charge back youll be going thru the same steps with them as you did with the other co. starting with rip off .com then the banking commission and att general and so.
