MIDSTATES RETREADING & WHOLESALE ROCHESTER DRUGGIES AND FELONS WORK THERE ROCHESTER Minnesota
My husband worked at Midstates Retreading in Rochester. He was shocked that 1/2 the employee's didn't even have a drivers license. Some of the Guys go out behind the building on their breaks and get high. Most come to work smelling of alochol and sometimes are still intoxicated. If you complain, you are told to mind your own business. He said the owner made the previous Production Manager do electrical work, Maintainence, carpenter work all without a proper license.
The Manager complained several times how unsafe it is and poor work values and unsafe working conditions. The Owner Tim Gallegar is well aware of this. He got worried the Manager would turn him in so he fired him for some bogus excuse. The Owner screams and is rude to customers and employees alike. He tells them how stupid they are and cusses. Don't believe a word he says. It's true that they tell customers that their tires are junk and can't be recapped then the owner tells the 'Guys' to recap them and they resell them. He's a crook and I'm so thankful my Husband found another job. I aways worried he would get hurt or get fired like most of the Guys do if you go against the owner/
