Midway Chevy Nothing But Lies Phoenix Arizona
Last year I bought a Chevy Equinox from Midway Chevy. On the sales reciept it said the mileage was zero but it really was a little over 3000. Jan 2, 2016 Jordon called me and said he could lower my payment and get me into a year newer Equinox. I told him how much I still owed and how much the online estimater said my trade was worth. He said he could give me another $5000 in rebates on top of the Chevy rebates so I could qualify. I still did not want to go thru the hours and hours it took last time to but the car, but he kept harrasing me until I said I would come in on Jan. 3 at 11:00. Then his manager, Jason, called me back to confirm the appointment and said if Jordon was with another customer when I came in, he would help me. When my husband and I got there at 11:00, neither Jordon or Jason were there. They had a girl help me who was Jordon's associate. She said they did not have any more year newer models of my car. They had new 2016 models, but I was to upside down on my 2014 model so I did not qualify. I told her Jordon was going to give me rebates and she said she could not confirm what Jordon had told me, so I should just come back in a year. They wasted our time as we had to drive half an hour just to get there and be told no. Then spend an hour at the dealer as they ran our credit and looked at my car. I will not do business with this company again!
