Midwest Engine Inxpress ENGINE SCAM Fenton Michigan
This company is a scam from the start. Our parts dept ordered a 3116 cat and paid for it in advance. Finally after calling them everyday for 4 months the engine arrived. We installed the engine and it would not start. contacted Steve and ran through his warranty diagnostics. finally after two weeks we were approved to move the unit from our shop to a cat dealer. Cat found incorrect injectors, valves, and parts beyond use in this engine not to mention scoring on four of the cylinders. Steve approved the warranty repair and the unit was repaired. Came time to pay the bill for over 12,000.00 and steve from midwest says there is no warranty. Very Frustrated and this dealer has to be stopped and held accountable.
