Midwest Freight - Jesse Herd - Ken Wilson THESE TWO BELONG IN PRISON Ripoff Kansas City Kansas
I worked for Midwest Freight as a Freight Broker from November 04 until March 04. It was like a total circus. Very inappropriate behavior. The first day that I started Jesse Herd told me to be there at 6 am knowing that they all show up at 8am. He thought that was funny. I was just trying to do a good job and learn the brokerage side of the business.
We had numberous problems with trucking companies who were not getting paid. We had a hard time doing our job because of all of the harrassing phone call from trucking companies that didn't get paid. Ken Wilson refused to take any calls and he was the one who did the payroll. We had a trucker that hijacked the load and demanded a comdata check of he was going to keep the load until paid because he found their credit limit was a 28%. I started getting scared at that time. I stayed for three more weeks and had deposited my checks in the bank to find out later that they had all bounced. I decided that was my last day.
Now, I am a successful freight broker and enjoy my job working for a company who is on top of the billing.
Since then, Jesse Herd has been indicted for child molestation charges and taking a minor child over state lines. I hope these two low lives burn!!
