order windows from Pro windows of Parsippany. We should him samples and he informed of on the color the windows should be. He then gave us a deposit of $2000.00 to cover the window order.

The payment was on a credit card Visa Captial One. We had scheduled to install prior to his wedding date but when the window shipment came a couple days before the wedding date, Mike and our company decided to reschedule when he returns.

We scheduled a time for when he returned to install the windows. At that point Mike canceled again because he wanted all the windows installed in one day and one of the windows was wrong. So we rescheduled. We could have installed all the windows at this point except for the one that was wrong returned on a sat so not to inconvenience any one on the final windowd. So we set another Date

The final attempt all windows where there except one which was being delivered that day. We should up that morning to do the install and Mike says he wants to cancel the job.

We then explain to Mike he cannot return the windows they are custom. Mike decides to call the Credit card company and have the charges reversed on his credit card.

We then give the credit card company all our info to dispute his reversal attemp. We then recieve an E-mail From Mike

Chris,

I do not expect you to respond. I just received a letter yesterday from Capital One that the dispute has begun. I need you to understand that it is our belief that we (the consumer) were wronged by you (the merchant) by not delivering on a product that we ordered. We feel we did

not receive the service that we ordered as well. We feel compelled to let you know that if you do not take responsibility and if you try to dispute this case via Capital One (maybe Visa), we feel obligated to report the Window Pros/CKG/Unedaroof to the following agencies:

Better Business Bureau

NJ Division of Consumer Affairs

Rip Off Report.com.

This is the beginning of my research as a consumer. I wish not have to take action.

Now he is threatening my lively hood because he purchased unreturnable item and feels like he can just let our small ompany take the lose because he decides he doesn't want his window after we already paid for them. We have always been honest and fair with all our clients and would appreciate any help we can get on this matters. Chris Ewing

One more note we have done work for mike in he did change what he wanted done about ten times.
