okay, i ordered a sweater on December 1, 2017 and was charged the preceding day for the amount of the sweater. The email confirmation said i should receive the clothing on or around 12/19/2017. The other day i started to wonder why 2 weeks have gone bye with no response from them on the tracking. I finally sent an e-mail to them and they responded that the sweater was out of stock and i would need to order something else to replace the sweater.
i am furious since here it is 6 days before Christmas and i have no sweater. They still had my money so i demanded it back. They then sent me a message via facebook stating that they had checked with the warehouse and they have a small/medium but not the large i bought. Unbelievable way to run a company since they should have checked the stock when i ordered and paid for the item.
The last order was wrong but i kept the jacket since returning online products can get messy.
Just extremely upset and annoyed. In essence they are the worst retailer on line.
