I also went to a high pressure presentation in Scottsdale. I didn't buy, but received my free trip certificate. My husband and I did every thing exactly as directed to receive our free trip. We jumped through many hoops, and we have documentation to prove that we did everything they required. We just received a letter saying that we lost our trip because we didn't send the original certificate with the check for taxes. We sent that certificate to them with the deposit seven months ago- that makes it difficult to send it again! Our next complaints will be to the BBB and the attorney general. I suspect that no consumer ever receives anything but a headache from this group!
