Milstar General Contractor JEFFERY RAINEY LOW QUALITY SUBSTANDARD WORK SPRING VALLEY California
The owner Jeff Rainey is arrogant and rude. The contracted worked he uses are not skilled in their profession to do wiring, plumber or even dry wall. I have buckled dry wall, that he is refusing to fix because the plumber and electrician has srewed up a simple project.
I am taking this to court because he will not recitfy the issues his shotty substandar employees have done.
Do not use this company as I am not the first of many suits to follow.
