After submitting my complaint on the Rip-off Report, I used the email address provided by this site to contact MVI at: [email protected] and voiced my complaint directly as well. I was contacted the next day with an apology and the procedures which would allow me to resubmit my certificate.
I'm pleased with the reponse I got, and the willingness of the company to resolve my concern.
I'm also grateful for this forum which encouraged MVI to place greater emphasis on their customer relations and where I was able to find the information I needed to get the results I desired.
