Beware boys and girls, the Rats from Mini Vacations are resurfacing in several new mutant forms. Like the gypsys of old, they just change their name.
Rumor has it that this one; even using the phone #'s and floor space of their defunct parent company (Mini Vacations) to keep the travel scams alive.
Look out for new travel club opportunuities to be sold in Sarasota, Florida, St. Maartin and Antigua. Buyers beware of new gas certificates hitting the streets.
