This is the story of someone who was hoping to get something valuable as cheap as possible. Peak performance mobile phone for bargain price. And I went online searching for something with ultimate price/performance ratio. Page minitake.com popped out quickly. And a phone Cubot GT99 seemed to be a perfect option.



So I ordered and payed my phone on Friday 12th July: (remember this date...it's July, Summer,...)

I even payed extra in order to get my phone before my vacation. Couple of days later my additional fee for fast delivery was refunded. I thought this is good practice because not needed. Yeah right... I found why in upcoming saga...

It was the end of July. Phone still not "at home". First e-mailing started with their "Customer (don't)Care"

thanks for your assistance. I tried to track the shipment with the same method as you. But tracking is ended on 19th July. From that day further I have no informations regarding the package.
Could you estimate when can I expect it? How long does it usual take from Chine to for ex. Austria or Italy?

Sorry for your inconvenience. We are still keeping touch with our post office and have not got the reply from them. 

But the Post office has not given us any reply yet. The post office takes 2 month for them to solve out this problem generally. 

We promise we'll follow up and solve out this problem.


Could you give us some more time and pay more patience and wait for more few days please?

Almost 9 months later I'm still waiting for China Post to track the shipment and MiniTake to refund my money. Every child would know after first few weeks that the Toy is lost if not found.
