I got my first bill for Water/Garbade and Trash and talk about a ripoff - they not only charge per occupant but they charge for unit. Seems like double dipping to me.
Also, I live in California, how are they even allowed to represent a building in California?
I contacted their customer service(I use that term loosely) total of 3 times: called, needless to say you cant get thru to a human, was on hold for quite a while, opted for leaving a message wich went nowhere so could not leave a message at all, then sent 2 emails and no response.
I requested an explanation as to why charges were almost double what I used to pay in another builidng (also with Minol) and how they justified the double charges and requested an adjustement.
I have heard NOTHING.
This group is clearly gouging and this is so wrong, people should not be overcharged
