Minute Download Microsoft Office Washington District of Columbia
I purchased a product from their website and my CC transaction went through smoothly. The emailed activation product key did not work nor did the activation phone instructions. Microsoft responded that it was not a valid installation key. I have not been able to contact the company (DownloadInstant.com) to request a refund. The product is unusable.
