Mitchell N Kay ripoff--- dishonest-- greedy-- unprofessional-- give's runaround--abusive abused & mistreated tricked and lied to us abused & mistreated victimized many consumers New York New York
I was trying to settle an account. They firt gave me a settlement amount. Later they lied and said they never gave me that amount and tried to collect almost double to what we agreed on. I spoke to supervisor John Kane in the collections department. He was working with me and then descided to give it to MR ED. They are both working for Mitchell N Kay.
Now when I call I can't even speak to Mr John Kane. (or Cane) He won't even come to the phone, he knows he lied to me and won't talk to me. MR ED is not a nice person. Very rude and belittleing to me as a person. I have never dealt with a company such as this one, in my entire life. MR ED is the worst person in this business who can ever come in contact with. How does he live with himself. Wonder if Mitchell N Kay knows what kind of people he has working for him.
