Edwards, if you have the records present them to the District Parts and Service Manager. He calls on the dealer monthly and has the authority to make the repairs. Keep in mind that you MUST have records of maintanence for him to consider. I wish you well. Kasey, you purchased an extended service contract seperate from the manufacturers warranty. Your complaint is with this insurace company, not Mitsubishi. Corporate has no say so in what is or what is not covered by an independant company. Good luck.

I purchased the extended warrenty, and had to pay extra for a paint and leather warrenty, because it was already on the car when I bought it in Indianapolis, IN. My Montero Sport, purchased in Oct. 2002, has been in the shop non-stop from week one of ownership. They will not fix the problem beacuse it costs too much and the warrenty is almost up. Now that I live in St. Louis, the Mitsubishi dealer here has never heard of a paint and leather warrenty and no one will fix what I paid over $900 extra for. The warrenty is a joke. The corporate office won't help. You are on your own with this company.
