MKM Logistics MKM Distribution MKM screwed up my taxes, held my paycheck and didnt pay out my EARNED vacation Indianapolis, Indiana
I worked for MKM (also K&L Logistics) for 3 years, I worked 6-7 days a week including holidays on a salary and they would dock me a vacation day if I t ook a day off. Eventually I banked 3 weeks of vacation. They screwed up a major project for a client and the client left them, they closed the facility with no notice and laid me off, didnt pay out a dime of my earned vacation. No severance, no notice, no paid vacation, nothing. The sacrifice I made for years being away from my family was for nothing. The president would make promises one day and then change his mind the next. DO not work for this company or do business with them. They are shady and do a lot of illegal stuff behind the scenes. DOnt let your goods get confiscated in their warehouse because they hired a bunch of illegal immigrants and Immigration kicks everyone out and freezes the operation.
