MKS Simple Escape This ripoff business from hell stole 134.95 from my Visa Card Omaha Nebraska
My account was charges 134.95 without my authorization.When I investigated I was informed that MKS - Simple Escape was the responsible party. After three phone calls and enduring 45 minutes of their voice mail system I finally was able to talk to and indivdual.I was told that AOL gave them the authorization to charge my account. AOL denied this claim. Simple Escape stated it was a mistake and my membership had been cancelled and I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. I guess their days are longer than 24 hours since it has been a month and I have not been refunded.
