Mobile Mechanics of Las Vegas Scam Mobile Car Repairs. Take credit card & NEVER SHOW Las Vegas Nevada
I found these guys on Google Adwords looking for mobile auto repair Henderson. In 30 years here, this must be the Biggest Rip-Off company out in Las Vegas. STAY AWAY from them. First of all they charged me $125.00 to come out and see the problem with my car. I agreed to that with the owner saying it should not take longer than 1 hour. The mechanic who showed up found the issue in 10 minutes as I watched him the whole time. I paid the $125.00 as soon as he arrived by credit card. After finding the problem, he said he needed to go back to his truck to find the part. I waited 20 minutes until he came back and said he found the part and would be back in a few minutes and that he needed another $625.00 for parts and labor before he left. He then hit my card a 2nd time now totalling $755.00. I waited for 2 and a half hours and he NEVER came back. So I called the office or the telephone number on his website mobilemechanicsoflasvegas.com and the owner now tells me that the part is no longer being made, but the tech will come back and repair it by the end of the day. So I sat here foolishly for another 3 hours, and NO CALL NO SHOW again, tried calling their office again, now they don'tt answer. Should have read Yelp reviews first. I am not the only person that this happened to. Tried looking for a business license, nothing shows up in Las Vegas with that address or company name. Total scammers. Everyone should be clicking on their paid ads on Google and see how they like getting ripped off.
