Mobile Media Company ripoff Internet Worldwide
Mobile Media Company Boasted about the investers but closed the branch in a poor country cheated employees and screwed the customers even more OSLO Internet .....
In November 2000, MMC people came to Sri Lanka and opened business by recruiting 60 Solid experienced Graduates for their company saying that they have investors to operate for more than another 5 years.
In May 2002, they closed the business giving one hour notice to the employees without giving any reason.
What I feel is that they had an ulterior motive as supporting terrorists by using the business venture they had and once the government changed, knowing that they can get the support from the govt. (thus no need to keep the company further) closed that without giving any compensation to employees but giving all benefits who new their secrets.
What they were doing were sort of a threat to National Security of our country. (eg. getting Exact GPS positions and 1 meter accuracy of objects were taken to hand held computers etc...). They have brought illegal equipment to our premises (eg. long distance zoom cameras) and our place being 150m to the Sri Lankan President's resident
Now in their site they have advertised that they r going to open a venture in another asian country. Feel very sorry about them as they not knowing about these rascles might also fall in to the same pit as ours.
