Mobilessmart ripoff, took my money and never sent the mobile i purchased Zaragoza Spain Internet
I went to mobilessmart.com to purchase the nokia 6680. I found mobilessmart.com from google and they recommended as a seller up top before results came up. I checked out the site and made sure it was legit.
Everything on the site was looking legit, i couldnt really spot anything until i puchased the phone. The account to send the money is as follows:
Bank Name: Cajamar
Name: Franco
Last Name: Ildebrando
IBAN: ES09 3058 0828 4127 6100 0185
BIC Swift: ccries2a
Bank Address: Plaza Victoria 0828
City: Malaga
Zip Code: 29012
Country: Spain
The a few days later just before my order was supposedly shipped, the bank details changed to:
Bank Name: BBVA
Name: Petros Bersimis
Account Number (IBAN): ES03 0182 3370 6002 9150 5652
Swift Code: BBVAESMM
Bank Address: Alameda De Colon, 2-4
City: Malaga
Zip/Code: 29001
Country: Spain
I sent an email asking about this and they said they sometimes change bank accounts. I also kept asking about the charger if it would suit Australian power outlets and they never told me about it and i also asked how long it would take to ship and they never answer that either. I looked up on the first bank and it looked legit, it was only after i paid, the bank account changed. I also looked at forums and they said it was a scam, this is the information i was given about the scammer:

Also, web site has been offline for 1 and a half to 2 weeks, even the [email protected] is offline. I sent an email and 5 days later it cannot be sent and has returned errors. I have now been waiting about 3 weeks for the phone to come.
