This company took my money immediately, over 1-1/2 months ago, and will not respond to emails or send product. Unfortunately, I have noticed too late that the company lists no telephone or address for contact. I can only assume they are a rip-off as their is zero communication contact or product exchanged.

After 6 months, I have received my stuff. I still do not understand the lack of communication, but thank you Rip-Off Report, and thank you Modern Mischief.

Hi there Shari, I'm sorry you didn't receive your order in a timely manner, but sometimes customers don't notice that their order is actually a pre order and do not notice the date of shipment next to the pre order. If this wasn't the case I'm not sure why your order took so long, but again I am sorry it did and if you would like to order again e-mail me for a discount code and I will give you one for your troubles. :) In addition we actually do have all of our information on our site and on our myspace. This company sent half my order the day after I filed my report with Ripoff Report. The rest of my order is noted on packing slip to be on backorder. (THAT I understand.) I am happy to be getting my stuff. No company should take your money and send your product two months later, especially without communication/response to your inquiries. Thank you ripoff report!
