Molly Maidf of the High Desert work dne was not what was promised victorville California
My appoint with Molly Maids was changed the day before by them and i was told they would call me when they were enroute. the day of cleaning i was called saying they would be there at the original time. I stated i couldnt be there exactly at the new time but could be there 1/2 hour later. I rushed to meet them only not to have them there. After waiting 15 min. i called the office to be told they would be there in a few minutes. after another 15 min i called again.
I was then told they were sent to another job because i couldnt be there exactly when they said. when i mentioned that they had changed our originalk appt. time and i had re arranged an appt to meet them at the new time i was told "they knew nothing of someone calling me to change my appt the day before". the ladies finally arrived. spoke very little english. when i mentioned the oven they said no oven was not listed. when i called molly maids they said it wasn't on my list.
My list said whole house Top to Bottom. so since the oven is in the house and it is included in the space top to bottom And since i had mentioned it to my original person who gave the estimate as she was told the house was getting ready to rent and this waas the final cleaning they knew it was to be done. oh yes this was an empty hoise new paing and brand new tile swo work to be done was easier as no moving anthing cabnets empty etc. Molly Maids does not back up their 24 hr guarantee!
