When someone has credit problems it may be their own fault, you're right. But when someone else comes along and takes advantage of that by making promises that he knowingly can't live up to then that's wrong. And that's what Bryan Howard and his employees are doing. They are taking advantage of people who have had bad luck or made bad decisions. You need to practice your spelling and leave the complaints to the BBB.

I am amazed that consumers blame everyone for their own problems. Maybe it is time they layed down their magnifying glass and picked up a mirror. This person is an adult and read, signed and agreed to all the terms. They were also furnished with a copy of the Federal Trade Commisions guidelines and signed and acknowledged it. Credit repair as stated in their agreement only removes outdated, wrong, and items that do not belong to the consumer. It is not a magic wand that erases all their bad credit which they themselves received as a result of their own ilresponsability. I pray in the future people like this will take a good look at themselves and their ilresponsability before wrecklessly slandering others for the mess they themselves created. God Bless, Bryan Howard
