Went on vacation with wife to Mexico. Made a substantial purchase and was told about the MONEYBACK 8.9% tax return. Filled out all necessary paperwork in the store at the Moneyback kiosk. The attendant did not say she needed by passport and now I am being pestered by someone about not being able to process my application without the passport. All these requests are in the form of a very non-descript email from a Pamela Rosado. For all I know, they are phishing for my information to steal my identity. Do not succumb to their high pressure tactics.
