Moore Chrysler Plymouth Jeep Eagle Bait and Switch--An Unprofessional and Unethical Business Practice Peoria Arizona

Last week my husband and I had the occasion to visit the Moore Chrysler Plymouth Jeep Eagle dealership located in Peoria, AZ. We were in the market for a new PT Cruiser.
We planned on trading our 1998 Cadillac. An appraisal was completed on the vehicle and it came back at $7000. We then asked to see the inventory available.
We were met by a young lady who showed us the existing inventory. The prices quoted were far higher than their newspaper advertising. We then asked to see the advertised vehicle. We were told that the advertised vehicle was a Red PT Cruiser.
The price quoted seemed fair enough so we decided to buy this auto. Meanwhile, the young lady went to the Sales Manager and she came back with the $7000 trade amount reduced to $6000. We discussed it and decided to buy anyway. The saleslady asked me to sign that we would accept $6000. This I did. Meanwhile, she went back to the Manager and returned with a $5000 amount for our trade even though I had already signed for $6000.
We promptly left the dealership telling the Sales Manager that there was no way that we could do business with a company such as Moore Chrysler due to their Bait and Switch practices.

they have never treated my mother with any disrespec. They have always showed her and her husband of 35 years absolutely everything and have always been more then willing to show them everything and anwsered all of their question. During the last time I was in Phoenix I took my mother to Moore Chrysler to drop off her car for service and they listened to her concerns as to what she wanted done to her car and asked for a oil chang, the service advisor told her her car was not in need of a oil change for at least 2200 more miles.
he told her that they do NOT sell services that are not need. He said they do not do business that way. I WAS TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY. Why is it so HARD to find a dealer like this WHY ?
the very next time I am ready to buy a car I will look at their inventory FIRST. YOU SHOULD TO. Do yourself a big favor and call them up now if you are in need of a car truck van or suv. You will not be disappointed EVER..
