So, some psycho just for no reason decided to call up all the females in your office and harass them. Yeah, sure makes sense to me. Heck I'd even drink the Kool-Aid. Just because you don't say the word "fraud" in your office doesn't mean you don't commit it on a daily basis. Actually I think the correct legal term here is "extortion", although this sort of thing is also fraud. It just amazes me how many scumbag movers, who all appear to have a 4th grade education but sure know how to pull con jobs, respond in here claiming that all these nightmare stories are just complete lies made up by people who have nothing better to do than sit around and harass them for no reason. I find their rebuttals to be about as honest as their service. I also wonder if any other business could possibly have so many uneducated, dim-witted unprofessional cons as the moving industry and still stay in business. Personally I doubt it.

See: http://www.movingscam.com/cgi-bin/BLReport.cgi?ID=73 Morgan Van Lines is an alias of 'All Points USA Relocation Systems, Inc.' which has been fined by the FMCSA for, quote, All Points was cited for multiple violations including failing to have its tariff (pricing rates) available for public inspection; failing to acknowledge receipt of loss and damage claims within 30 days of receipt; failing to provide the required consumer information, "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move"; failing to weigh interstate household good shipments in the required form and manner; and requiring shippers to sign documents releasing the carrier from its liability. In other words, they are law-breaking scumbags, and I don't see why we should believe anything they say. They've already proven that they're crooks. Why should we think they're telling the truth now, when they've had no problem with blatantly violating the law multiple times in the past? (And believe me, it has to be *BLATANT* to get the FMCSA off their a*s, these are the laziest federal bureaucrats you'll ever find ANYWHERE). -Eric Lee Green, [email protected]

It is very interesting how people would actually turn to a site such as yours . apparently a gentleman by the name of Guy Henry has taken his freedom to call Morgan van Lines and harras all of the sales personell and call all the females in this office, vulgar and disruptive ames and basically performs very childish. HE IS NOT OUR CUSTOMER ladies and gentleman and we do not appreciate bad report about this company if there wa no service performed for him or fraud performed. There are tons of moving companies out there that will work in that specific way. You and I may very well label them as "Fly bu night movers and companies". We will be in business for a very long long time, becase the term fraud will not be used in this office, nor will it be performed. We are looking forward to many years in business and to good customer satisfaction. I am sorry to say, but I can't believe that I am actually sitting here and writing you. It's kind of a waste of time. Sorry The only reason we know about your site is because Mr. Henry seds us very disturbing e-mails and threat letters for no reason .

I recently spoke with Ronen Ben-Lulu, the supervising manager at Morgan Van Lines. For over a month, he claimed to be sending me the paperwork for their claims department to redo again. When I spoke to him now, he is suddenly unwilling to do anything anymore.
Apperently, I have them so nervous now, that they had to file a police report on me. I don't know what exactly they have in this report, because Mr. Ben-Lulu is now hanging up on me when I call.
He claims I have a sex line somewhere in my Rip off report. Can you find it? I certainly cannot.
He also claims that they are scared of me, because I have called them swearing and I have called them after having had a couple of drinks.
It couldn't have been the fact that they tripled the price, time they took and destroyed everything they moved, could it have been?
