I purchased an automobile on Ebay through this dealership.  I am fully aware of my responsibility for inspection but felt that coming from a reputable dealership they would do a thorough 100 point inspection.  Car arrived at my home with broken power antenna that was broken before shipped and not disclosed.  They sent me a new antenna that I put in.  On my second trip the low oil light came on and I added 2 quarts to bring it up.  When I used the A/C the onboard computer said it was low on refridgerant.  I specifically asked if the stereo worked and even had the salesman on the phone to check it.  The car arrived with the CD player not working and the tape player broken also.  The power switches for the locks and windows did not work correctly either.  My follow up with 'Q' or Quinton Ballard was often met with delay as well as Barb Bowman.  It was dragged out and I was told I would be compensated but never was.  I recieved a letter about how important my satisfaction was but it means nothing obviously.  I have forwarded an Invoice for my parts only, that has gone unanswered for over a month.  Again this was only parts I asked for with me doing all the labor which if a dealership had done it would be double the parts price.



I feel I was mislead on my purchase, promised things I didn't get and purposely delayed past the 60 day point to where I could not leave the seller negative feedback on Ebay.

I recently contacted Maserati of Minneapolis and left message with Barb Bowman.  Barb returned my call the next day and admitted that she thought she had taken care of this and a check had been cut for parts compensation as we had discussed.  She immediately handled it and I have received a check to cover the parts as we had agreed upon.  I can honestly say now I believe this was a accidental oversight that didn't get communicated correctly.  I am happy to have recieved my parts money and Barb was very courteous in handling this situation.  Situation is happily resolved and I would like to retract my previous comments.  Thank You Masreati of Minneapoolis.
